Purchasing this product entitles the Buyer to use under the following Non-Exclusive Rights 

• The buyer receives a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the design on any products.
• You may use it on any physical or digital products, with no limits on volume, time, or geography.
• Copyright remains with Nerida Hansen.
• You may not resell, modify, or share the design file.
• You may not claim authorship.

Please note:

As this is a non-exclusive licence, the Artist may license the same design to other parties. The Artist does not govern, monitor, or take responsibility for how other buyers use the design, including use by similar brands, competitors, or within the same product categories.

2. General Use 

• Attribution is appreciated but not required.
• The buyer is responsible for making sure your use complies with all laws and regulations.
• The buyer may not use the design in a way that harms the artist’s reputation.

3. Payment and Fees

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated.
• Full payment is required before any ownership or licence is granted.
• No refunds are offered once a purchase or licence is finalised.
