What Is Print-On-Demand?
Print-On-Demand, otherwise known as POD is a full customisation service, allowing the customer to select the combination of design and fabric type to suit them.

Our factory manager Michael is your contact after you received your goods, so if you have any problems, you can go straight to the source.
How long does it take to receive a POD order?
Orders are processed each week and take 2-3 weeks to produce. Shipping times are between 5 and 10 days.
Where are the POD fabrics manufactured?
All printed fabrics are currently produced in China and are shipped directly to the customer.

What is the return policy?
We cut or print your order to your custom request, and therefore do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do offer standard refunds as per consumer law for faulty or incorrect goods. You can read more about our refund policy HERE
When will I get my Order?
If you purchase shelf-stock we make every attempt to shiip within 3 business days. Shipping will take 5-10 days depending on your locations. Read the Terms and Conditions of Fabric Sales HERE
Where are your fabrics manufactured?
All printed fabrics are currently produced in China and are shipped directly to the customer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary on the weight and location of delivery. Precise costs are provided at checkout before you finalise your payment.

What Is "Shelf Stock?
Shelf Stock Is Fabrics that are excess from current production orders. If shelf stock is purchased on it's own without Print-On-Demand Fabrics it is shipped within a couple of days.
It is limited in Supply, and often discounted to clear.
