Exclusive Copyright Assignment

• Buyer will receive Exclusive usage rights for the design in the colour you select.
• All other colour versions of the design will be withdrawn from sale.
• Copyright and moral rights remain with Nerida Hansen.
• Buyer may modify the design in colour and composition
  
• You may not claim authorship of the design
• You must not resell or license the design, whether in full or in part, including any individual elements.

Limitation of Exclusivity

While the Buyer receives exclusive and unlimited use of the purchased design, the Seller retains the right to use her own artistic style, techniques, colour palettes, and illustrative elements in future original works. This does not constitute a waiver of the Seller’s moral rights or imply replication of the purchased design.

This clause serves as a clarification of the scope of exclusivity and does not constitute a waiver of the Seller’s moral rights under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
